Pre-launch GSAIR Forum

This month the GSAIR Forum took place in London. GSAIR stands for Global Serviced Apartments Industry Report. This is an annual report that is published after an extensive study of global serviced apartment providers and the hospitality sector. At this forum serviced apartment providers are being invited for an open discussion in relation to the figures and global trends of corporate housing worldwide. The GSAIR publication is realised by Mark Harris, Bard Vos and Charlie McCrow from the TAS Alliance of which BBF is also a member. Determining factors why business travellers and assignees choose serviced apartments compared to hotels are often the lower cost for longer stays, the possibility to cook your own food in your own kitchen, better privacy feeling and a more spacious living area.
