Stringent Cleaning & Hygiene Standards
With COVID-19 still a large part of our day-to-day, BBF is taking further steps above our normal cleaning and hygiene policy to ensure the utmost protection and cleanliness in our serviced apartments.
This includes:
– Our cleaning team will wash hands with soap or alcohol-based hand sanitizer between each apartment.
– Our cleaning team must wear disposable gloves before entering each apartment and dispose of them on leaving the apartment in a bag provided
– They will change the use of a microfiber cloth for each apartment
– They will change their cleaning rag for each apartment
– They will use Bleach and Dettol for cleaning

At BBF Apartments, if your employee needs emergency assistance in their apartment, our 24/7 call-line is available for them all year round. From lock outs to general maintenance emergencies, our service team is here for them.
In-house Maintenance
BBF Apartments has their own dedicated maintenance team to service our 1800+ apartments.
This means that your employees won’t need to wait around for a third party for quick fixes, and maintenance issues can be handled quickly.

With changes and updates from government authorities being announced weekly, it is difficult to plan far into the future.
