This combined with our 24/7 emergency call centre means that our tenants can rest assured that their safety will be looked after while staying with us.
Not only do we provide safe apartments, but also fully serviced apartments too. Do you speak French, German or Dutch the official languages of Belgium? If not, no worries, our bi-lingual service and sales teams all speak English as well as many other languages from around the world. They will be able to assist you with any enquiries you may have during your stay and our Tenant Portal allows you to lodge maintenance and cleaning requests easily via your smartphone.

We understand that things can change last minute, and that is why we offer flexible stays. When staying in a BBF Serviced Apartment we have a variety of options to suit your needs. You can book for a few weeks in our Zilverhof Residence conveniently located a few minutes’ drive from the International Airport. This, combined with flexible extensions to your rental contract, makes travelling for short-term projects simple and convenient.
Staying for a bit longer? We have serviced apartment contracts starting from 3 months all throughout Brussels. This is a convenient option for you if you are on a mid-term assignment or want to take your time finding the perfect long-term housing solution.
Lastly, planning a long-term move? We have furnished and unfurnished residential apartments that you can make your own with access to our full range of services as and when you need them.
